Refund policy

At Anwen & Kind, we take pride in the quality and care behind our products. Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Consumable and Personal Use Products:
The Hospital Comfort Essentials Pack contains personal care items, such as lip balm, sleep masks, and earplugs, which are intended for direct use and come into contact with the body. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for these items once they leave our office.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at susie@anwenandkind.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and arrange a replacement where appropriate. Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue will be required.
