Order Accuracy: The customer’s responsible for ensuring that all order details provided are correct, including contact/recipient information, product selection, and any personalised gift messages.
Shipping & Delivery: We partner with third-party couriers to deliver our products. Once the items leave our premises, we are not responsible for any damage or delays caused by the courier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue. Tracking numbers are provided for all deliveries, and we’re happy to assist with any delivery-related concerns.
Product Availability & Substitutions: While we strive to keep all items in stock, there may be occasions when a product is unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item with one of equal or greater value without prior notice.
Product Descriptions & Specifications: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate. However, images, weights, dimensions, and other details provided are approximate. Anwen & Kind reserves the right to correct errors or omissions without notice.
Product Specification: To uphold our mission of sustainability, our lip balm is crafted using natural ingredients and packaged in kraft cardboard tubes to eliminate plastic use. Due to the natural oils and ingredients, you may notice slight oil staining around the lip of the tube. Please note that this is normal and does not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
Operating Hours: Our business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. AEST, Monday to Friday. Any inquiries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day. During peak periods, we may extend our business hours to accommodate demand.
Purchase Restrictions: The Hospital comfort essentials pack may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over 18 years of age. The pack contains small parts, so keep it out of the reach of children.
Information Collection: We reserve the right to store information regarding the purchaser and recipient in accordance with our Privacy policy.
